After we meet the brewers and hear about their beers, professional brewers Angelo Signorino (Barley’s) and Ryan Torres (Brew Brothers) judge the entries. Along the way we learn how brewers approach brewing and how the judges critique their creations. The net effect is an insightful look at the ingredients and process that go into these malt-forward, yet balanced sessionable ales.
