All Things Beer Episode 55 – The Great British Brew Off

In this episode, loosely based on the format of the Great British Baking Show, seven homebrewers square off to see who can design and brew the best English, Irish or Scottish Ale. After we meet the brewers and hear about their beers, professional brewers Angelo Signorino (Barley’s) and Ryan Torres (Brew Brothers) judge the entries. Along the way we learn how brewers approach brewing and how the judges critique their creations. The net effect is an insightful look at the ingredients and process that go into these malt-forward, yet balanced sessionable ales. So sit back and find out who wins the inaugural All Things Beer Brew Off.
